Empowering you to solve your pain and movement restrictions - no matter where you are.

When I work with you my goal is always the same...

To make you feel, read and understand your own body.

The frustration that comes with pain comes from a lack of understanding.

You've seen all those practitioners, you've tried everything. But nothing has worked.

But have you looked within? Have you started your own inquiries? Or have you simply accepted someone else's opinion?

The answer to your problem lies within your own body. It's your body, your problem, your frustration. You can only find the answer within yourself - and I can teach you how to find it.

It is my goal to show you how to be in charge again, so that you can stop relying on others.

I don't work on you - I work with you.

I have worked with hundreds of people all over the world online. They all had one thing in common: they didn't understand what's happening. Be your own detective - with my guidance.

Let's make you move better, with less pain.
