The answer to your problem lies within your own body. It's your body, your problem, your frustration. You can only find the answer within yourself - and I can teach you how to find it.

It is my goal to show you how to be in charge again, so that you can stop relying on others.

I don't work on you - I work with you.

Online Anatomy in Motion Sessions

Guided self-assessments and movement explorations to solve

  • Knee pain

  • Back pain

  • Neck pain

  • Shoulder pain

  • Foot/ankle pain

  • Mobility restrictions

  • General health & wellbeing

LOGISTICS

Online sessions require extra preparation from my and your side.

Prior to our first session I therefore ask you to please provide the following:

  • Full body photos from the front, back and each side

  • Photos of your feet from different angles

  • Photos of the structure that is your problem area (e.g. a shoulder)

  • Gait (walking) video - details on how to take this will be given

You will need:

  • A mobile device (phone, tablet, laptop) as you need to change camera angles during the sessions

  • A broadband connection that allows video calls

  • Floor and wall space

  • The desire to learn :-)
